
FOODS TO BUY ON YOUR NEXT GROCERY TRIP

I got a lot of questions from last week’s mini series of the metabolism and which foods work for us on a biological level.
SO, I thought why not make a mini grocery list to take away the guessing game of what works with us or not?
Note: Please know that if you can digest other foods with no irritation that are not on this list does not mean they are inherently bad! If they work for you, they work FOR YOU. Keep doing what you’re doing and enjoy it!

I try to stress bio individuality but this can vary at different degrees.
We are all humans, and all humans are meant to eat meat and fruit at least- however, things like grains, pulses, nuts, seeds and even dairy can be problematic due to the fact that we aren’t preparing them properly, their sourcing, the amount we eat, or our ability to produce particular enzymes to break down the food!

All this to say, this list is a rough blueprint of things that can help someone who is struggling metabolically to navigate the grocery isles and at least reach for nourishing foods.
