Behind the coach
As a practicing HTMA Practitioner, FDN Practitioner, and Integrative Nutrition Coach, I’ve developed a passion for women’s health, playing detective in connecting the dots on metabolic dysfunction, and educating people on how they can help themselves navigate the synchronicities that intertwine both the physical and emotional.
My specialties, women’s hormonal imbalances and heavy metal toxicity, were developed after I struggled with 20 years of eating disorders, losing my period and a number of burnouts and other health issues — all of which the allopathic system could not help me with.
My motivation is to show you that you are capable of healing on your own!
Teaching women how to fix their hormone imbalances through HTMA testing, mineral balancing and sex positivity
A note About the company
My mission for you, and to anyone that comes working with me in my practice, is to assure you that your body is never working against you, but always for you.
I aim to teach you how to understand your body’s signals and why certain symptoms could be occurring by running HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) and working cohesively with your nutrition and lifestyle to formulate a holistic plan for you.
With that, you can then understand how to maneuver the situation and eventually heal yourself.
Everything we cannot understand is simply a foreign language to us, hence it’s up to us to understand the language of the body.

01
Mineral Balancing
Minerals are the electricity to our cells. Without minerals, we cannot synergize enzymatic reactions to then create an action to synthesize hormones. All of your health problems are mineral BASED.
02
Nutrition
Without proper diet, one cannot become metabolically adapted. I teach you how to remove all the diet culture out of your life and implement sound, secure and responsible eating habits that cater to your specific situation- including all food groups.
03
Lifestyle
The way we live is just as important as what we eat. Sleep hygiene, exercise routines, light exposure and everything in between is covered to get your body feeling strong again.
04
Emotional
It’s not just in your head — and in fact, even if it is, it can still cause physical distress. Exploring trauma, struggles, and harboured emotions is one of the most fundamental steps to healing any type of health issue.
