Vegan chicken nuggets that your kids will love too!

Add some sweet potato fries with that, and don’t forget the toy!
I am so glad I tried to attempt these again from years back when I failed miserably.
So, to make you’ll need:
2 cups boiled chickpeas
1/2 tsp- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp @nowfoodsofficial psyllium husks
2 tbsp @naturespath flaxmeal (with 3 tbsp water)
Preheat oven to 400F.
Add everything into a food processor.
It will look crumbly, but trust me, you’ll be able to shape small nuggets in your hand.
Then take
1/4 cup avocado oil and add to a small cup
4 @lepaindesfleurs green lentil flatbreads and crush into a larger bowl
Dip each nugget into the oil and crust with the flatbread crumbs.
Bake for 40-45 minutes
Enjoy with a side of ketchup and 🍟
